Policies
A key goal at RailsConf is ensuring an inclusive and welcoming experience for all participants. On our Policies page, you can review or reacquaint yourself with 1) our Anti-Harassment Policy, which we require all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff to comply with, with no exception; 2) our Accessibility Policy; and 3) our Refund Policy.
Childcare
RailsConf 2019 will also feature complimentary onsite childcare for attendees who plan on attending with children. This is offered for the full duration of official conference programming. We engage professional, licensed childcare services, and as such, it's important for us to know as soon as possible how many children will be in attendance. If you are interested in this, or in use of our onsite Lactation Room, please email us at railsconf@rubycentral.org.
